Kubota Tech Program
Jumpstart your technician career with hands-on training, OEM certification, and direct pathways to employment at Kubota dealerships nationwide.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Kubota Tech builds the technicians of tomorrow by incorporating Kubota-centered curriculum into Technical Schools across the United States. The program provides OEM certification through industry-supported curriculum and hands-on training — giving students real-world experience working alongside certified Kubota technicians.
Successful graduates are presented with career opportunities within Kubota's network of over 1,100 dealerships nationwide. Glenn B. Dorning actively participates in the program as a sponsoring employer.
The Kubota Tech Program is currently offered at participating schools in the following states:
Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia

Tech Program Details
As an intern in the Kubota TECH program, you can expect to:
-
Assist senior technicians in diagnosing and repairing tractor equipment
-
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks
-
Conduct inspections to identify mechanical issues and propose appropriate solutions
-
Learn to operate diagnostic tools and interpret diagnostic reports
-
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of service and repair tasks
-
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
-
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on tractors
-
The program prepares Technicians to inspect, service, diagnose, and repair Kubota equipment. Additional benefits include:

To be eligible for the Kubota TECH Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
-
Meet all entrance and academic requirements of the partnering school
-
Highly motivated to become a skilled Kubota Technician working on agricultural and construction machinery
-
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and tools
-
Good problem-solving and communication skills
-
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
-
To be eligible for the Kubota TECH Student Toolbox Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Must be enrolled full-time in a Kubota TECH program
-
Must be employed by a Kubota dealership with the dealer serving as the sponsoring employer

Must be recommended by the partnering dealer
